Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notice of the fourth respondent to conduct the Special Meeting on 31.08.2015 and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to take action against fourth respondent for calling the impugned meeting by abusing the power and pass such other and further orders as this Court may deem fit to the facts and circumstances of the case.
