ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) The detenue is the daughter of the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the detenue went to Bhopal along with her sister's husband and they have spoken to the petitioner through telephone and she will come back after the pandemic is over.

2.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The respondent police is also directed to close the complaint of the petitioner regarding the missing of the detenue.
