2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that major part of the investigation has been completed and five more witnesses have to be examined, for which they require three months time. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
