This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.02.2018 and 10.03.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, would submit that the complaint was enquired by the respondents and the same has been registered in Crime No.282 of 2018 on 19.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506 (2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 and a copy of the FIR is also produced before this Court.

4.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
