ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".

2.This Court, by an order dated 23.07.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7573 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of four weeks. 3.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not able to comply with the condition and he did not pay sofar and not executed the sureties.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.7573/2020 petitioner that the petitioner is not able to comply with the condition, eventhough this Court directed the petitioner to execute the sureties, within a period of four weeks and also to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, now sofar the petitioner did not pay the amount and execute the sureties and also not filed any petition seeking extension of time for complying with the conditional order and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the anticipatory bail granted by this Court, dated 23.07.2020 is cancelled.
