PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.108 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 09.02.2024 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b), (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.108 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.02.2024, the petitioner was found in possession of 1.500 kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already moved a bail petition before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Special Court for NDPS Cases, Pudukottai in Crl.MP.No.1910 of 2024 and the same was dismissed on 25.03.2024.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is having ten previous cases of similar in nature to his credit. 2/3
