ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.12.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered on 16.02.2016 in Crime No.33 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 448 and 379(NP) I.P.C., on the file of the Thaandikudi Police Station, Dindigul District, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.12.2015. The said statement is recorded.
