ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelanmuthiah, learned Government Advocate who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider her representation dated 12.12.2014 and to fix her in the regular time scale of pay and to regularize her service as Block Accountant/VEC Accountant.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that she is working from 04.08.2011 with a consolidated pay of Rs.6,000/-. It is her further case that she is entitled for regularisation and by claiming so, she has made representation to the respondents on 12.12.2014 seeking for regularisation of her service. It is stated that the said representation has not yet been disposed of.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
