This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.175 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015 on the file of the respondent police, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, further action has been dropped on 30.09.2015.
