2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, further action has been dropped on 30.09.2015.
