ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.05.2018 and to take necessary action. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is the Secretary of "Paasi Porag Trading Finance Company's Affected Persons Welfare Association". The proposed accused are said to have stolen some vital documents pertaining to the Association. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent police against the proposed accused. During the enquiry of the complaint, the proposed accused have accepted to return the documents to the petitioner. Recording the same, the complaint was closed. But, the said documents were not returned to the petitioner sofar. Hence, the petitioner lodged the present complaint before the respondent police. But, no action has been taken by the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner filed the present petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was removed from the post of Secretary of the said Association. Therefore, the petitioner can seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the above said fact and submitted that the petitioner is entitled to get the documents from the proposed accused.

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy.
