The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.737/2012 A1, dated 09.12.2016 and to quash the same and to direct the third respondent to restore the original patta stands in the name of Rasu Thevar.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 11.06.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
