Respondents/Complainants Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent herein to commence the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.264 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Samayanallur Police Station, Madurai and to pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to investigate the case and file a final report in Crime No.264 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. A perusal of the First Information Report would go to show that it was registered on 05.07.2015. The said case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C. 3.Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in the crime, it will take some time to complete the investigation by the second respondent. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to expedite the investigation and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible.
