Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records relating to the fair and decreetal order dated 24.03.2021 made in CMA No.6 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 11.03.2015 made in IA No.445 of 2014 in OS No.921 of 2014 on the file of II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli and set aside the same and allow this Civil Revision Petition and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.2.6.2021. and a letter received from the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.939, dated 29/11/2021 and this Court made the following order:

"This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, seeking extension of six months time to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.85 of 2008 and 267 of 2021. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, by six months and accordingly, it is extended by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
