Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 17.04.2017 passed in I.A.No.41 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2015 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam and to set aside the same.

During the pendency of the same, the petitioner has filed I.A.No.41 of 2016 for interim maintenance and I.A.No.82 of 2017 to strike off the petition. The Court below has awarded interim maintenance and dismissed the petition for strike off. Aggrieved https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the order passed in the petition for strike off, the petitioner has filed C.R.P.(MD).No.1515 of 2017 and aggrieved by the order of interim maintenance, the respondent has filed C.R.P.(MD).No.1541 of 2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for both sides that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties on certain terms, in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions. The Mediation Centre report, dated 30.10.2017, reflects the terms and conditions entered between the parties under the interim agreement. In the further report of the Mediation Centre, dated 14.12.2017, it is stated that both the parties have complied with the terms and conditions entered in the interim agreement, dated 30.10.2017. The learned counsel for both the parties have also affirmed the same. The agreement, dated 30.10.2017, shall form part and parcel of this order.

3. Accordingly, both the civil revision petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
