ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition to quash the final report filed in CC.No.2067 of 2023 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case in Crime No.349 of 2023 has been registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) of IPC. The allegations against the petitioner are vague. The final report has been filed without proper investigation and is based on frivolous allegations. However, there is a possibility of compromise between the parties. Therefore, the proceedings against the petitioner have to be quashed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits the allegations against the petitioner is that she has assured the defacto complainant to secure a job in abroad and has obtained money for the same. However she has neither secured him job nor returned the money.

4.This Court considered the rival submissions made. 5.Though the petitioner has raised several grounds, this Court is of the opinion that it can be appreciated only during the trial, as it is a matter for trial. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all these grounds before the trial Court, during trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
