ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner viz.,A.Murugeswari, seeking an order for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent for settling the petitioner's salary. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Assistant Professor in the 4th respondent College viz.,V.P.M.M.Women's Arts and Science College, in the month of July 2013. The 4th respondent College is affiliated to Madurai Kamarajar University, however, till date the petitioner was not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
paid with salary for the month of November 2013, December 2013, January 2014 and February 2014. Therefore, the petitioner continuously made representations one after another to the respondents.
But, no response.
The petitioner made a representation to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent has directed the 4th respondent College to consider the case of the petitioner. But, till date the 4th respondent College has not come forward to consider the case of the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the Identity Card of the petitioner said to have been issued by the 4th respondent College as the petitioner has been appointed as Assistant Professor.
4.But, this Court is not able to accept the same as the petitioner is not able to produce the copy of the appointment order. If the petitioner is not having a copy of the appointment order, she should produce some iota of evidence to show that she was appointed in the 4th respondent College as Assistant Professor. As no document has been produced before this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ petitioner fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
