O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Learned Family Judge, Madurai to expedite the hearing in H.M.O.P.No.610 of 2015 and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.847 of 2014 before the Family Court, Trichy for divorce and the same was transferred to Family Court, Madurai and re-numbered as H.M.O.P.No.610 of 2015. The said H.M.O.P.No.610 of 2015 is pending without any progress from the year 2015. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.610 of 2015.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Family Court, Madurai.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Family Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.610 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, on day-to-day https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

basis, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
