This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.2066 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.06.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list this matter today, ie., 24.06.2025, under the caption "For Dismissal".

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has returned the bundle to the petitioner. However, he has not filed any memo. The petitioner has also not made any arrangement to conduct her case. 4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
