ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the case was transferred from Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai to Judicial Magistrate level Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court has taken cognizance of the case and also ordered summons to all the accused including the petitioners herein.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
