This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.3963 of 2017, dated 10.03.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.3963 of 2017, dated 10.03.2021, appeal had been disposed of in Na.Ka.No.1561/A4/2021, dated 04.07.2022.
