Mr.A.L.Kannan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.K.Saravanan, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent and he has no objection to allow this petition. 2.Considering the facts of the case, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference of this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would pay the cost by today itself and petition filed to restore C.M.A. (MD)No.177 of 2001 may be numbered and listed for hearing. 4.Registry is directed to verify the same and number the petition to restore C.M.A.(MD)No.177 of 2001, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 28.09.2018.
