Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned award dated 27.03.2014 passed in I.D.No.56/2011 by the 1st respondent and quash the same insofar as denying the petitioner's reinstatement as a permanent workman / Conductor in the 2nd respondent Corporation with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service on regular basis in the post of Conductor with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits.
