ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to give duty to the petitioner in any other society, having the vacancy suitable to the petitioner's cadre, based on the representation dated 05.05.2014. 2.Since the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2014, due to passage of time, no direction can be given as such. However, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation narrating all the facts and circumstances to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed thereon by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
