This petition has been filed to directing the respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.02.2022 and take further action
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 18.02.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
