ORDER
The petitioners are engaged in organic farming. Their agricultural and organic farming activities are facing threat on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
account of the acquisition proceedings initiated at the instance of the respondents. The four way lane proposed to be laid and is likely to cut across the petitioners' organic farm. Therefore, the petitioners have made a request to the third respondent. The said representation dated 31.03.2018 has been enclosed at page No.58 of the typed set of papers.
2.The third respondent is directed to deal with the said representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners before passing orders. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
