Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned punishment order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.4660/2013/H1, dated 15.07.2014, and the impugned order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.4862/2014/A2, dated 21.05.2015 quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent herein to allow the petitioner herein to discharge his duties as Graveyard Assistant with arrears of salary from 13.11.2014 to 09.12.2014 and 22.12.2014 to till date with due promotion to the post of Sanitary Supervisor from 06.02.2013.
