[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his wife and set her at liberty.

2.There is a family dispute between the petitioner and detenue. Therefore, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and a report has been received from the Mediation Centre stating that no agreement was reached.

3.Since it is a family dispute and mediation also failed, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
