This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the purported complaint said to have been registered against the petitioner, based on the representation, dated 11.06.2018. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), no complaint has been received against the petitioner and no enquiry has been conducted and therefore, there is no question of harassment against the petitioner by second respondent police. The contentions of the petitioner are not correct and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner before the second respondent police and therefore, there is no question of harassment against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
