ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 417 and 420 I.P.C. in Crime No.4 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner had earlier moved the anticipatory bail before this Court on 23.04.2018 and the same was dismissed. This is the second application for anticipatory bail.

4.Since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
