O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2.The property in question belongs to the petitioner's grand father. The petitioner was bequeathed the said property through registered Will on 04.12.1995. The petitioner had attainted majority in the year 2010.

3.This Court had already in another Writ Petition, directed the local body/Madurai Corporation to effect mutation in their records. All that the petitioner wants is change of name in respect of the service connection, but there is no response to the said request.

4.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner will submit an application in the prescribed form within two weeks and thereafter, the respondent shall act on the same within a period of four weeks.

5.The respondent is directed to act on the representation to be made by the petitioner herein and effect mutation in their records.
