ORDER

****** Seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case and file a final report in Crime No.17 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. A perusal of the First Information Report would go to show that it was registered on 10.03.2014. The said case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 469, 471, 420, 406 and 120(b) I.P.C.

3.Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in the crime, it will take some time to complete the investigation by the respondent police. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible.
