O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent herein to any other impartial officer under the control of the first respondent.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the charge sheet has been filed on 22.06.2018 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.104 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thanjavur.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court under the provisions of law.
