ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.313 of 2015 within a stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the 2nd respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3.In view of the above the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report within within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
