ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.308 of 2011 on the file of the respondent herein for offences under Sections 405, 406, 420 and 506(ii) IPC against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.308 of 2011, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' even in the year 2011 and closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, NO.VI, Madurai. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
