2. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application to the Assistant Returning Officer, Illuppur Division, Pudukkottai. The petitioner only wants to conduct a sports event. It is made clear by the petitioner that it has no political or communal overtone. As and when such an application is filed, the same shall be permitted by the respondent. It is open to the respondent to stipulate appropriate conditions. The petitioner as well as the other organizers of the event have to necessarily conduct the event in consonance with the conditions to be stipulated by the respondent.
