The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, reserving liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the condition under which the petitioner has been disqualified from participating in the tender process, on the ground that the Earnest Money Deposit and Security Deposit were forfeited in an earlier tender. The said submission is recorded.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
