RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to EXTEND THE TIME LIMIT to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) by way of Demand Draft, in favour of The Dean Government Hospital, Madurai in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6569 of 2020 dated 24.06.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KANANGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6569 of 2020, dated 24.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 24.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.6569 of 2020 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only), by way of Demand Draft, in favour of the Dean, Government Hospital, Madurai, on or before 07.07.2020. During the total lock down period, the petitioner was unable to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL MP(MD) No.3637 of 2020 deposit the said amount. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6569 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. sd/- 23/07/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
