When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition become infructuous and hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated further in this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
