ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader who took

notice for the respondents 1 to 5.

2.The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that two channels namely, Puthiya Thalaimurai and Thanthi TV News channel are not properly telecasted by the Tamil Nadu Government Cable TV Network Corporation. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents 1, 4 and 5 on 25.08.2015. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2015 except to direct the concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. If any third party will be affected by the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner or by any order to be passed, the authority shall hear such person to avoid allegations of violation of principles of natural justice. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to deal with the matter on its own merit as per law.
