No.7796 of 2024:- Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,to extend the time limit for another six months from the time limit already granted by the Honble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in WP(MD).No. 15376 of 2023 by this Honble Court dated 27.06.2023 Prayer in WP(MD).No.15376 of 2023:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent Ref.No. 580/Pers.Estt.1/2023 dated 31.03.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to pay the petitioner the retirement and other applicable monetary benefits to the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
