This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.05.2018 and 29.05.2018 and to take appropriate action against the accused and file a final report. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.866 of 2018 under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(i) IPC.
