The Contempt Petition is filed claiming willful disobedience of the order made in W.P(MD)No.36242 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the enquiry has been conducted, an order has been passed and the order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 26.05.2026 has also been produced before this Court.
