Respondent/Landlord This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, against the order dated 09.12.2016 in R.C.A.No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Tribunal/Principal Subordinate Judge(FAC) II Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli, dated 11.02.2015, in R.C.O.P.No.83 of 2009 on the file of the Rent Controller cum III Additional District Munsif, Trichirappalli.

DECREE : This Civil Revision petition coming on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Petition, the Judgment and Decree of the Rent Control Appellate Authority and of the Rent Controller and the material papers in the Appeal, and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.T.Antony Arul Raj, Advocate for Respondent, while dismissing this Petition, doth order and decree as follows:-

1. That the Judgment and Decree of the Rent Control Appellate Authority dated 09.12.2016 made in R.C.A.No.10 of 2015, confirming the order and decree of the Rent Controller cum III Additional District Munsif, Trichirappalli dated 11.02.2015 made in R.C.O.P.No.83 of 2009, be and hereby are confirmed, and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed;
