Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner wants release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

W.P.(MD)No.7848 of 2020 also been produced before the jurisdictional Court vide R.P.R.No.76 of 2020 on 06.06.2020. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Court for release of his vehicle. 4.Giving liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court, the writ petition stands dismissed.
