ORDER
This revision petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli, to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.231 of 2012.
2.The revision petitioners are plaintiffs in O.S.No.231 of 2012 and the respondents are defendants. The suit was filed for permanent injunction restraining the defendants 1 and 2, their men, agents, partisans acting under them in any manner under any right whatsoever from interfering or encroaching or blocking or putting up any construction in the plaintiffs' peaceful, lawful, actual, physical, continuous utilizement and enjoyment over the suit mentioned common pathway.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit was registered on 13.02.2012 and the first hearing was posted on 03.10.2012. Now, the suit is posted for trial. The 1st plaintiff is a senior citizen aged about 72 years and due to pendency of the suit for nearly five years, till date, she is not able to see the result of the suit.

4.Since it is only a petition seeking direction for early disposal of the suit, notice to respondents is not necessary. 5.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without adverting to the merits of the case, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.231 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
