2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this petition has been filed only for seeking speedy disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has already directed the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi to dispose the matter as expeditiously as possible in SLP(Crl.)Nos.6002 and 6003 of 2020. The petitioner has already filed I.A.No.7 of 2021 to implead some of the third parties in the suit and the same was dismissed only on 10.03.2022. Now, the suit was posted for further evidence of PW.1. Without closing the evidence of the plaintiff, the petitioner has filed the present revision to direct the Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.170 of 2019 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible.

4. The petitioner is directed to close the evidence of PW.1 and then, proceed with the case. Since the Hon'ble Supreme Court has already given a direction to dispose the matter, this Court is not inclined to allow this revision.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
