ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on a civil dispute. 2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, from the respondent Police, would submit that a complaint was received from one Nagaraj and based on which, enquiry was conducted in the year 2015 and during the enquiry it was found that the matter has arisen out of the civil dispute and the parties were advised to approach the competent civil Court and both the parties had agreed to work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court. It is his further submission that the respondent Police had never harassed the petitioner and since the petition was already closed, there is no question of harassment at all. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
