ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Principal Sub Court, Trichy to dispose of the Wakf Appeal No.1 of 2015, dated 16.11.2015 by the Wakf Tribunal (Principal Sub Court), Trichy at the earliest filed by the Walajah Nawab Maghbara Mosque Wakf, Valikandapuram, Rep. By its Hereditary Muthawalli, E.Subethar Khan.

2.Heard the petitioner, who appeared in party-in-person. 3.From the records it is seen that the Wakf Appeal is filed by the Walajah Nawab Maghbara Mosque Wakf, Valikandapuram, Rep. By its Hereditary Muthawalli, E.Subethar Khan. The petitioner herein has filed the present Civil Revision Petition in his individual https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

capacity and he is not representing the appellant Wakf in the present Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, he has no locus-standi to file the Civil Revision Petition.

4.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
