This petition has been filed to directing the first and second respondents to instruct the third respondent to take appropriate criminal actions against the fourth respondent for committing illegal activities by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 08.03.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 08.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
