ORDER

The petitioner is before this Court for grant of agricultural loan. According to him, he is fully eligible to get agricultural loan and he owns property also. In this regard, he has also produced the relevant documents before the respondent Bank. However, his application has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition.

2. Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that if the applicant submits proper application with all required documents, it will be considered.

3. Considering the submissions made before this Court, a direction is issued to the petitioner to submit the loan application in prescribed format along with the necessary documents required for that before the respondent forthwith and on such submission of application, the respondent shall consider the same according to their Banking Rules, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such application from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
